** www.rcrdlbl.com free music downloads from various artists. still pretty small, but you can find some interesting stuff.
** www.mpiii.com an online community for sharing and posting live mixes. it runs on a point system in which each download 'costs' one point. you gain more points by putting up new mixes, reviewing mixes, etc. a bit idealistic, but there's a huge catalog, so definitely worth checking out.

unfoundsound records has an incredible live mix by tleilaxu, which was performed in june 2007. this is currently one of my favorite mixes, with deep & dubby bass lines and minimal techno rhythms

“sleepercel” is his latest release, as unfoundsound’s 35^th release. it contains four tracks and two remixes by marc ashken and same & dave & lowren. the patterns he creates with found-sound samples blow my mind. check it out.

deru

this mix was passed on to me by a friend and has been on repeat in car for the past week. a calming and interesting set with a nice groove. deru will be playing april 12^th at the nasa ames research center near san francisco at the yuri’s night bay area event. other artists include amon tobin, lusine, john tejada, and [a]pendics shuffle.

a buddy of mine, who now lives in japan, has been busy making monthly mixes for the melenick sessions. next density 3 was released in february 2008 and consists of mostly net label releases. i truly admire revy’s style and approach to techno.
